Firstly Jojo Moyes is one of my favourite Authors, there has only been one book so far that I wasn’t keen on and that was Night Music.
The Daughter from a struggling mother gets given an amazing opportunity to go to a very good school however it doesn’t come cheap. The only way to raise the money is to win a Maths competition all the way in Scotland. Jess (the mother) works all the time to try and keep her family afloat so paying for travel to Scotland just isn’t feasible. Lucky a wealthy man offers to take them and it all kicks off from there.
I loved this story at first I was a bit unsure but that soon changed as you got to know the characters and wanted to read on in hope that everything turns out right. This will be a book I talk about for a long time as you were constantly on edge hoping that they made the money in time for the school year starting.
